Service plans and Contract Maintainace

Standard Service

Our Standard service package is our basic service cover and includes routine servicing at regular intervals. The prices includes all labour and travel associated with the service, a full report detailing the condition of the equipment and any urgently required safety related faults that need immediate attention. The service inspection carried out is particular to the product type being inspected. Multiple equipment types can be inspected on a single visit, e.g. access equipment, forklift trucks, electric vehicles. No additional work is carried out without authority and is charged at agreed rates for labour and material. Where major work is required, a written quotation will be provided and a further visit will be required or the equipment may require transportation to specialized workshops for the work to be carried out.

Contract Maintenance

The Contract Maintenance (CM) program now provides truck owners with predictable maintenance costs for operating their trucks . Flexibility is an attractive feature of CM, providing owners with just the service they need and allowing them to structure a plan that meets the needs of each customer and each application. For example, in severe service applications, a CM agreement can be tailored specifically to parts of the truck where maintenance costs can be controlled, such as preventive maintenance (PM), but not include less predictable parts such as axles etc. a CM agreement may include all maintenance services necessary to operate the truck.
